Not only women may be facing infertility, some men are also facing such physical problems. There are certain number of disorders that are causing male infertility which can be determined by a medical doctor after several tests are performed.
In a research in 2000, it had revealed that many men are experiencing infertility. The reasons for this problem is:
1) There are some men are already undergo vasectomy and are seeking to reverse this procedure.
2) There are some 15% of men have varicocele, that cited as the main reason of male infertility.
3) About 7% of men that took part in the study, there are evidence that their sperm are absent.
4) Some 10% of the research cited that they do not have a specific reason for their infertility.
5) Age also played a role in the causes of male infertility.
In early research, it was determined that sperm quantity and quality do not decline until the age of 64 and another study showed that the infertility rates registered were in men under the age of 39.
6) Genetic defects in sperm have been another factor worth taking in consideration which has seen an increase in advanced age men.
Besides the above reasons, there are some other reasons to consider:
a) They are the possibility of low sperm count. Did you know that almost all major physical or mental or emotional stress can cause low sperm count.
