Getting Covered Properly? Which States Are Giving Better Coverage

As for today’s post, I will be touching on which are the US states giving better infertility insurance coverage.

It mainly varies from state to state. Here are the states that have an outlined and well defined law about infertility insurance:

#1 Connecticut: This state law says that the individual and group health insurance needs to provide infertility insurance for diagnosis and treatment only for the period of one year of unsuccessful trying.

#2 Illinois: The Illinois law need the insurance companies to cover the benefits for infertility diagnosis and treatment.

#3 California: This state law requires certain insurance companies to offer coverage for infertility diagnosis and treatment.

#4 Arkansas: All insurance companies in this state require that all maternity benefits to cover in-vitro fertilization as well.
