Welcome back… thanks for sticking around.
Do you know that there are more cases of infertility that are not being raised?
Why is that so?
It is the due to the treatments for infertility at fertility clinics or by any infertility specialists at times which can be costly. Once confirmed of infertility, there are more tests to take in finding out the cause of the infertility and none of them are cheap.
What are the possible solutions?
That is why there are many companies that give out infertility insurance coverage nowadays. In the US, many states are mandating this infertility insurance coverage and most of them have set up laws to govern this matter as well. By doing this, fertility rates would surely increased gradually.
The National Health Service on the UK and Canada are providing free of charge services to all patients. They have the right to preliminary testing of infertility.
On the contrary, there are many insurance providers hesitate to provide health insurance coverage for infertility, and even if they do, they provide only very limited infertility insurance coverage. As it is very costly to treat infertility.
Why is it so costly?
Some infertility treatments may cost from a minimum of $250 all the way up to $20000, depending on its complexity procedures.
A simple example of this would be the price of insemination, which costs at least $500 per trial, and the In-vitro fertilization cycle may costs up to $20000 for some hospitals. These are common treatments, and the desire to have a baby, some couples are sacrificing some things in their lives.
For my next blog post, I will be sharing some compiled laws that use to goven these insurance coverage. Stay tuned…
To you pregnancy success.
