Hi buddy, welcome back…

How are you getting on so far? Any trouble getting pregnant?

I have this blog post that are talking about getting pregnant after 40 years old. Who says you are too old to conceive, why not take this tip to know how?

Using simple natural fertility methods, you can overcome infertility after 40 years old. Many older women failed to get pregnant just simply because they can’t find the right time when they can fall pregnant.

Besides finding the right time to get pregnant, there is also a biological perspective to it. As women gets older, the ability for them to get pregnant decreases.

That means, the older you get, there will be fewer days in a months that you are fertile. After the age of 35 to 40, you only have some 1 to 2 fertile days for you to conceive a baby.

So, are you ready for the big tip?

You may ask me what’s the time of the month to fertile since I only have about 1 to 2 fertile days in a month? Good question!

Before the beginning of your next period, you’d be most fertile 12 to 14 days, but subject to many factors, which includes stress levels, illnesses, adapting to changing environment and etc…

It is common for most women aged 35 to 40 that their ovulation does not come every month. So, it is rather difficult to pinpoint the fertile time. You have to check your ovulation time gets more important the older you get.

On the 2nd note, it is not the usual “the egg meets the sperm” for the production of a healthy baby. It is important to have a freshly released egg and new sperm to conceive at an older age.

Do you know that your partner sperm can last up to 3 days within the body. You should stop have sexual intercourse in order to avoid old sperm.

As for old eggs, you should not have any intercourse just after your peak ovulation day. Although the egg is still viable (up to 24 hours after release), the problem lies with aging and potential defects that can occur to the egg especially in older women.

You just have to take note that a woman is born with eggs within her, even though you are 40 years old, you still have an egg as as long as you have.

Have to stop here… I hope you have enjoy my sharing so far.

For my next post, I will be touching on one “hidden” tip to conceive even though people are laughing that you are too old to conceive.

Until next time, stay tuned for more interesting updates.
